I am a USA Track & Field Athlete and two time graduate of Hampton University. I specialize in the 400 meter dash with 800 meter capabilities. The focus this season is on making the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. I was a member of the 2016 Team USA 4x400 relay that won gold at the Penn Relays. I am also the 2015 USA Indoor Bronze Medalist in the 600. All of these accomplishments coming while being a full-time graduate student completing a Mater's in Business Administration and working part-time at Apple, in addition to training. During my collegiate career I competed for Hampton University where I was an All-American, Multiple time IC4A and MEAC Champion and also continue to hold various school and conference records.
