This first Ghana International Traditional/Herbal Medicines Expo and Conference is a 3-4 day event which will showcase alternative therapies, medicines, and medications both traditional and natural based together on national scale alongside a conference and exhibition activities to discuss new and innovative trends in healthcare delivery which promotes healthy lifestyles and longevity. The Herbal Expo will also be used to promote local herbal products and enhance their business development just as the Chinese have done with their alternative medicine practice. On this platform, health experts, academia, not-for-profit organisations, media practitioners, industry captains and the general public are afforded the opportunity to brainstorm and offer ideas in developing innovative products and medicines to meet international standards.
